Today's post is a bit of a cheat. I read this article and it really resonated with me and wanted to share it with everyone. I've talked about this in my own way before, but this piece is written by a pain doctor and really explains how we can learn coping techniques to deal with our chronic pain and how finding the right doctor can make such a difference. My therapist and I have discussed this very thing in many sessions, and I've tried to pass along simplified ideas of the same nature. I hope you all find this interesting and helpful. I did.
